General Services Administration
R3 is also a prime contract holder under the General Services Administration (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule 874. The MOBIS program offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals. Through the MOBIS Schedule, GSA can help an organization improve performance and accomplish mission goals through the use of specialized consulting and project management services. GSA MOBIS is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) contract allowing R3 to propose vetted, pre-approved prices directly to the government and to allow federal agencies to purchase the services or products of particular schedule holders without an extensive competitive bid process. GSA MOBIS is also a useful tool to:
- allow government customers to realize savings, experience and flexibility while achieving transparency in controlling the procurement by targeting selective vendors for a Request for Quote.
- enable federal agencies to achieve congressionally mandated small business goals (of which R3’s Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business caveat is included).
- ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as this is a component of all GSA schedules.
R3′s GSA Contract # is GS10F0116Y.
