18 July 2018.  R3 attended the San Diego Military Advisory Council (SDMAC) monthly breakfast to hear the guest speaker, Rear Admiral David Welch, Commander of Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) discuss the command’s initiatives.  R3 supports SMWDC via their Interagency Underwater Port Assessment (IUPA) Program through our teammate Valiant Integrated Services.
