AndrewBradleyAndy Bradley transitioned from the U.S. Navy after serving as a Supply Corps Officer. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of defense business areas including: requirements and resourcing, operational logistics, and financial management. During his Navy assignments, he managed complex inventories valued at over one million dollars, oversaw numerous logistical projects, and orchestrated disaster relief efforts during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Bradley served as a Department Head at an Explosive Ordnance Disposal training battalion, where he developed and executed robust annual operating/travel budgets to meet diverse supply and service requirements, facilitated and managed over 200 government contracts valued at 15 million dollars, and oversaw its Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development and submission.

Since transitioning from the Navy, Mr. Bradley has led a brigade-level (Navy EOD Group) POM effort, authored battalion-level operational logistics policy, and developed documents to aid all four Services in transitioning counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) training programs from contingency/supplemental to baseline funding. Mr. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University. He is a graduate of Navy Supply Corps School and is qualified as a Surface Warfare Supply Corps Officer. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Master Degree in Business Administration.
