Operations Integration

R3 provides Operations Integration to Unified Endeavor/Mission Rehearsal Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization logoExercise (UE/MRX) events on behalf of the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) Joint Center of Excellence (JCOE). R3 supports the JIEDDO JCOE Military Lead and other military elements by conducting technical and operational analysis, replicating specialized C-IED enablers and assisting with the preparation and development of exercise After Action Reports (AARs) and operational/training recommendations.

Training Data Capture

R3 supported the JIEDDO JCOE Transition, Transfer, or Termination (T3) ofJIEDDO, T3, POM, POR training process through research and assessment of training and capture of associated data to include demand signal and trends for Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measure of Performance (MOP). R3’s maintained a central database, and access to this data through training management architecture “dashboards” that provided leadership a means to understand trends and a capability to “drill-down” on specific training data, enabling training quality improvement, sustainability and supportability planning, and an efficient mechanism to support the T3 decision-making process.  Our effort is linked to the Train the Force Line of Operation of JIEDDO and helps enables leadership to make decisions within the Joint IED Capability Approval and Acquisition Management Process (JCAAMP).  JCAAMP provides a smooth transition to one or more of the services or agencies for those initiatives ultimately determined to possess an enduring counter-IED capability.
